the problem lies somewhere else, nowhere in the color versions of send_to_char or page_to_char is there an if(IS_NPC(ch)) check. Its not just color, but MOST act messages (to include channels and 'look') are not being seen when switched. I know it has something to do with olc because this was not a problem before i put in olc.
