Matt,
    Well, the first thing I'd do is figure out what dt and ch->stance are
inside the damage function - printf or gdb+breakpoints come in very handy
for this, then I'd go from there.  lso, is there a default stance whenever
using hand_to_hand?
    Or should that if check be if( ... && ch->stance == STYLE_NONE ) to say
they're using h-t-h but don't have a particular stance?  (Or am I
misunderstanding what this if check is for?)
