Yes, you can do it this way, but adds a little more overhead since your
doing more commands.
True. But I can't think of a better way to do it off the top
of my head. :)
Yes, you can do it this way as well. However, you should do
newbuf[count++],
since you want to increment the counter "after" you've put data in that
spot, not before.
Thats exactly right. But, in the for loop I'm setting
newbuf[count] = '&';
So if count is 10 here, and I'm wanting to set the next place in the
array to a '-'
newbuf[++count] = '-';
would set newbuf[11] to a '-' wouldn't it? Then on the next iteration
the for loop would set count to 12 and continue on copying the string.
I may be completely off base here as I am only on my second soda of the
day and my brain is still a little fuzzy. :)
