"snippet", no, but I know that there are a few derivs you could
probably rip something like that from, depending upon what you wanted
to use it for. I know Rot uses a second port as a web port, as does
all of its derivs. I know that there's a couple out there that do the
same.

Binding the port shouldn't be hard, just have to change a few things
in comm.c and act_wiz, but getting 'er to run on that port is a
different thing altogether.
