Silly question, but have you done your detective work? Meaning did you check the channel definitions before/after you put in colour, check the channel functions etc? I rememeber when I put in OLC & Colour I had the same problem and it was because the Colour or OLC (its been so long I've forgotten) changed the existing code so everything was pushed up a state (or down) or its even the state of the person. I have all my coding notes somewhere, I'll dig em up and email you my fixes if your still having problems.
