What area is it? Run the mud in a debugger. Put a break on that error message.
When you run it, and it breaks, you can use the gdb command to try and determine what the string is and fix the area. If you can't do that, determine the area file. Put code in that tells you what the mud is doing, you should be able to narrow it down. If you can't code, you should find someone who can. They don't even need to know muds to troubleshoot that. > -----Original Message----- > From: William Bittick [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Wednesday, January 14, 2004 11:17 AM > To: [email protected] > Subject: help with mud > > Hello everyone, > > Our mud crashed earlier on today and I don't seem to be able > to get it back up.
