If you've got people doing this, this generally means you've got an insecure server. Spoofing IP addresses isn't possible, faking a dns entry is very possible.
The best way to handle this is to contact the server admin, and have them put some sort of spoof protection in the server itself. There's a number of ways this can be done, actually. As a user, you can't really do much about it, unless you know the ip those are coming from, then you can actually block the ip through your game.
