There are strings in it. I was sure that I was going to need to do it part by part. I actually was about to write it that way but I sent a message to the list. I'll try the other thing you suggested. I'll let ya know soon.
---------------------------------- if I'm not mistaken you could do *copyOfpObj->extra_descr = *pObj->extra_descr; I belive that should work so long as you don't have anything like strings inside that stucture... Other wise your going to need to make a little copying bit that will copy that structure over by hand.
