because the codebase I currently have is 8 years old and has more than and
code base I could
download.

Why spend all that time when you could use a quick mud source and already
have all that stuff installed for you?

Subject: rom 2.4 mprogs
I am about to concede and perform the unthinkable act of adding mprogs
to my mud, but I am having a problem. All I can seem to find is the 2.4b2
patch. I can download rom 2.4b2 but when I try and dopatch it will not run,
so I cannot figure out into what lines/structs each of the lines are being
inserted. If I knew where the code was being inserted into I could easily
(I hope) patch pieces into my mud. I was looking at the patch, and I cannot
tell what structs different lines were inserted into.
could someone shed some light on this for me please?
And Richard/Valnir/Potatohead, please as easier questions so I can
hopefully answer something, and pay you guys back for all the help you
have given me.
Rick
