I was advised that it runs into Rot codebase.
I was just trying to get this patched, as I got blasted by my co imp for
letting this
happen. I am greatful to all those that point out the bugs and those that help
to patch them.

I was not trying to be derogatory. The way you described the problem made
me think of a vulnerability in Rom 2.3.
