In that case, your easiest method is probably to create a flag (NOTE_STICKY or something), and when set, the time on the note is auto reset to current_time anytime the UNREAD function is run. My quickest and easiest thought anyway.

He means so it will always stay at the top and other posts will come below
it and it won't get automatically moved up/down and/or deleted, I believe.

Anyone know of a way to do this?  Would I have to restructure the way
notes are done?  I thought of doing this with a bool added to the note
struct....has anyone already done it so I dont have to re-invent the
wheel, or failing that suggest the easiest way to implement it?
