What's your objective and what's you operating system?

Just go into comm.c, and before the first user enterable prompt, put

write_to_descriptor(d, "This is my message, go away.\n\r", 0); /* or
whatever */
close_socket(d);

Otherwise, you can just write a small program:

int main(void)
{
printf("Go poo on yourself.\n\r");
}

And then run it from inetd.
