Basically copy all the aff stuff verbatim. Add the define to merc.h for ACT_FLAGS, change the structs to be FLAG act[ACT_FLAGS] (or, gonna watch this, the plr flags are act flags too!!, but don't worry about handling them too differently...I use ch->PlrFlagged( PLR_XXX ) which has a IS_NPC(ch) check in it...) but all the converting, reading, saving, etc functions can be reused/renamed and modified/etc...
