Acum m-am prins, oboseala afecteaza atentzia. Pentru citarea ISI, astept sa vad vreun Journal of Peace Research romanesc (visez). Dar nu sunt de acord ca citarea reprezinta neaparat un etalon al valorii, insa aceasta este o alta discutie, care nu-si are rostul aici.
