In Constitutie se prevede ca, in cazul unei initiative legislative, proiectul trebuie sa aiba forma ceruta de lege. Am rugamintea sa-mi spuneti care este actul normativ care prevede aceasta forma, cel in care se specifica ce date trebuie sa contina listele cu semnatari şi orice alte detalii pentru reusita unei astfel de actiuni.
