Doresc sa particip la un proiect coordonat de un ONG , dar am o dilema legata de raportul juridic de munca.
Puteti sa ma ajutati sa aflu raspunsul la urmatoarele intrebari:
- pot sa particip la proiect desi sunt in concediu de ingrijire copil pana la doi ani?
- ce variante exista din punctul de vedere al contractului de munca?
