Imi cer scuze daca observatia mea nu este corecta, dar sper ca ea sa poata fi verificata si de dumneavoastra si validata sau invalidata:
cercetand site-ul bec2004.ro remarc in listele cu numar total sectii de votare un nr de: 17559 de SV (presupune ca acestea includ si cele 142 sectii de votare din afara granitelor, arondate circumscriptiei electorale bucuresti, din cate am inteles din legislatie electorala, prezentata tot pe site-ul BEC)
iar in rezultatele partiale se mentioneaza un nr total sectii de votare 17564 organizate pe tara, din care s-au introdus 100% ....
