Press release   This is to let you know that the Video-Photography Section of the Council of Europe Staff Amicale is organising its first European festival of short video films.  The festival will be in Strasbourg from 25 to 27 November 2005.   Subject: a fictional film lasting 12 minutes, including credits, whose theme must relate to one of the Council of Europe's activities.  Documentaries and fictional works with a political content will not be accepted.   Participants: amateur and semi-professional directors from the member countries of the Council of Europe.   A description of the festival is attached, and details are also to be found on: http://www.camephotoscope.org/festival/indexfest.html.   We would be very grateful if you could publicise our festival.   With best wishes,   Roland Lehmann President of the Video-Photography Section Council of Europe Staff Amicale mail english :� [EMAIL PROTECTED]     Communiqu� de presse   Nous vous informons que la section Vid�o - Photo de l'Amicale du Personnel du Conseil de l'Europe organise son premier festival europ�en du Court-M�trage vid�o.
