Job opportunity - The Delegation of the European
Commission in Romania seeks evaluators Phare Small
Projects Programme-Europa FundDescription:Selected
candidates will be registered in a database which will
be used by the Delegation of the European Commission
in Romania for setting up Evaluation Committees for
the projects submitted for this programme in
2005-2006.
Minimal requirements:
- very good knowledge of European issues
- knowledge/expertise within public communication area
- Romanian native speaker, good knowledge of English
- expertise in European information projects (as
evaluator and/or applicant)
- analytical spirit
Each candidate should demonstrate that he/she has been
at least once in one of the following positions:
- applicant for European financing
- coordinator of European projects successfully
implemented
- evaluator of projects with external financing
(preferably European Union financing)
Knowledge about European Union grant procedures (PRAG
manual) represents an advantage!
Knowledge about PCM (Project Cycle Management)
represents an advantage!
Interested candidates are required to send the CV and
a letter of intent to demonstrate the above-mentioned
requirements to the email address:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] by 11 March 2005, 16:00 hours.
Only selected candidates will be contacted for an
interview.
IMPORTANT! Evaluators within the Evaluation Committee
will sign a Declaration of Impartiality and
Confidentiality in order to avoid any potential
conflict of interests.
