announcements to potential candidates. The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a full-time Project Manager for its project “Strengthening law
enforcement capacities for fighting human trafficking in South-Eastern
Europe” The position
is opened to Romanian nationals only. Duties: The Project
Manager will be responsible for the operational management of the project, in
accordance with the project document and UNDP policies and procedures. The
Project Manager will carry out his/her work under the administrative authority
of UNDP Romania, and in close cooperation with the National Project Director
(official in the Ministry of Administration and Interior). Qualifications: Graduate
degree and strong expertise background related to the project (law
enforcement/legislation, anti-trafficking in human beings); relevant experience
in project management and foreign assistance; excellent computer skills;
excellent command of English; good interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in cooperating with law enforcement agencies from South Eastern
Europe, as well as demonstrable record of operational investigative experience,
