Call for applicants: participants and workshop leaders   The Regional Youth Center for Information and Documentation in South East Europe - RYCID   presents   the international conference   National Youth Policies - Success or Failure in South Eastern Europe? oganised with the support of Council of Europe   24-29 of May 2005 Timisoara, Romania   Dedicated to all you Youth activists that want to improve the process of designing and implementing National Youth Policies across South Eastern Europe.
