Dear Friends,
 
It is our pleasure to announce the NATO International School "The concept of 3 seas: Caspian, Mediterranean and Black sea" organized by Azerbaijan Youth Euro-Atlantic Organization (AYEAO) and supported by NATO Public Diplomacy Division. 
 
The event will take place in Baku on June 6-12 , 2005. 
 
The main aims of the School: 
 

To enhance the knowledge of youth about Security issues of Caspian, Black and Mediterranean sea regions: problems and perspectives 
To strength the ability of participants to write articles and make presentations about the security systems
To instigate discussion on security issues of the regions located around 3 seas 
To identify the role of Youth in the future of NATO and Euro-Atlantic security area
To establish a dialogue between youth of Azerbaijan and those of other Allied and Partner nations
To promote Euro-Atlantic values, 
To consolidate cooperation between young people at the international level and actively involving youth in this process. 
To eestablish a dialogue between youth and personalities from NATO, Partner and outreach countries. 
 
Profile of participants:
 
The course is organised and planned for youth who are: 

Post-graduate students, young researchers, journalists and government officers and other youth interested in security issues; 
Active in local, regional or national associations and are interested in NATO 
Active in local multicultural associations, community organisations; 
Active in developing strategies and - projects of international co-operation; ready and able to attend for the full duration of the course; 
Aged between 18 and 30 years and able to work in English

Reimbursement of Expenses:
