Draga Anca , ca orice salariat (la noi la Fundatie, cu contract, cota parte din ziua de lucru pe un anumit proiect, daca asa sunt banii, iar daca nu stati dupa banii din proiecte, cu contract pe toata ziua) Ce n-am facut pana acum , dar vom face - contract inregistrat la Camera de munca pentru voluntari.Peste tot se cere experienta, deci si voluntariatul pentru toneri este important .
