Dear partners, You will have accomodation to the best touristic firm hotel "ALUTUS" in a natural nice parc of Ramnicu Valcea "CAPELA" .You will have single room with bathroom ,roomservices and nices teracces .This hotel is in the midle of forest ,ozon ,natural wather and song of birds wait you.Only 50 metres for look all the town from the height of famous "small gold mountain" of Ramnic- "Capela".This mountain is a legend and a old history with princes and princesses. You will admire all with your eyes.The new experiences wait you . Administrative problems(I am not talented in financial budget) It is a mistake at travel cost ,maybe other many mistakes are -please verify again. I try to answer very clear to every ask: When our colleague from Italy announced me about their arrive in the morning of 28.04 I understanded the necesity of change ,to find the solution for double travel :one in the morning of 28 apr.and one in the afternoon .You ,Bernhard will arrive in 28 apr.19 h, but you will be out not easy ,maybe after one half houre .Certainly you will go from Bucharest airport 19,30 h or 20 ,00 h.You will arrive in Ramnicu Valcea town after 3 h ,aprox 23.00,no more. If you will agreet we will lunch in Ramnicu Valcea at 23 ,15 h .It is OK ? Every group will be waiting by a volunteer from us.At 09,25 h a volunteer will wait italian group and will go to Ramnicu Valcea for lunch and income in programme visits and discussions .It is a good occasion for Stefanno to present us the italian network projects ,to discuse about future projects and to visit the nice cultural places from our old touristical town.At 14,35 other Phoenix Carita volunteer will wait polish friends and this person will guide them until german group will coming .They will visit traditional houses from Bucharest museum ,they will eat in the town.The lunch from 28 apr.are not included in the first prices list ,only the dinner(please verify) I finded the minibus with 7 places :Bucharest -Ramnicu Valcea- Bucharest. When I maked that I think to italian colleagues who arrived in the morning for finding some car not expancive and they dont like waiting a day in Bucharest..I thinking the polish friends too will like to visit Village Museum Bucharest until german group will arrive in Bucharest(aprox.5 houres)

for accomodation and meals are the same, as you wrote in one of your
mails before. They are not cheap, higher than in Germany, but if
necessary, please explain. What I cannot understand are the costs for the minibus:> YOU HAVE RIGHT. <It makes
300 Euro for one transfer Ramnicu – airport. If it takes
the Polish and the German delegation, we are 6 persons: 300 Euro : 6 =
50 Euro/person for one trip, for returning to airport on 01.05.05,
