Our company, Arca Consulting (www.arcaconsulting.com), is part of an
international consortium involved with tenders and projects regarding
the EC Framework Contract lot 7, Human Rights, Democracy and
Institutional Strengthening.
Our Consortium has received a request of service in relation to a
tender for a project entitled " Acquis compliance check of draft
legislation ". The project location is Pristina, Kosovo. For this
assignment we are looking for two international experts (category 3
with more than 5 years of experience); who should have the following
profile:
* Advanced university degree in law
* At least 5 years relevant professional experience in European legal
affairs
* Background in legal harmonisation / approximation
* Familiarity with the acquis communautaire, especially with regard
to the a/m pieces of legislation
* Excellent skills in English.
