Poate "Raspindacul" sa spuna mai exact despre ce "documentatii" este vorba?
Acuzatii generale, de acest gen, nu ajuta de loc la clarificari, si mai mult incetoseaza. .. Ar fi util sa sa precizeze despre ce program /etapa a programului este vorba. In treacat fie spus durata de viata a unui program este de 3-4 ani, iar MIE este doar una din institutiile implicate in derularea acestor programe.
