din cate cunosc care cat de cat lucrez in domeniu nu exista o lege/hotarare de guvern ci toate acestea sunt hotarari ale consilliului local depinde unde locuiesti; de ex la Bucuresti - primarul general a luat doar verbal in calcul probabil a gandit ceva in acest sens dar nu exista ceva definitiv adica o hotarare de Consiliu General care sa te ajute ptr moment
