Mellon Visiting Fellowships from scholars from the following countries:   Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia   The candidates must be citizens of or permanently reside in one of the countries concerned, must have obtained a Ph.D., and should hold a senior academic position.   The fellowships are intended for younger scholars and, although there is no specific age limit, preference will be given to those under 45 years of age.
