La drept vorbind, am vazut chestii "similare" si la Budapesta si la Viena (alte gari nu-mi amintesc acum, cu asa ceva) - dar nu-mi amintesc sa fi vazut nicaieri pe cineva stand in pozitia aia in mijlocul strazii ;)
Apropo: daca eu as avea masina - si daca as parca-o in acelasi loc - CE amenda mi-ar da? ;))
