Subject: We need partners for Action 1 Project..
Dear Friends,
I am writing on the behalf of Youth Associaton for Habitat and Agenda 21. We are looking for partners for an Action 1 project which is called " Once More With Art" .. One of the local youth centers in Turkey, Þanlýurfa Youth Center, located in the southeast of Turkey, are applying for an Action 1 project within EU Youth Program. The city is of historical importance as a meeting point of different cultures..
The project is about discovering history with art. They are looking for partners who are really involved in art and history and who can really contribute in realization of their dream. They are willing to apply for the 1st of November. If you would be willing to take part, you just need to fill in one page part III partner form of Action I and fax it to the youth center. Fax number: 0414 312 33 64 to the attention of Meltem Ucler (her email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] for more info) .Project dates are 16-25 April 2005. Board and lodging covered and 70% of the travel costs are reimbursed.
As you see, there is a little time left in front of us ..so you should send the partner form as soon as possible ..At below , you can find the brief summary of the project..
' Once More With ART'
Sanliurfa has the first university in the World. behind this; it is a city which hosts different cultures. We want to link this qualification, with art and discover this culture mosaic again with different opinions, eyes. The reasult of the project namely, of Interpreting of the photographs, melodies and draws of young people who will take part in the Project; we will contribute in expositions and presentations. And with the help of these activities we have planned to share all of these impressions of young people, who has different points of view, with the point of art. Furthermore one of our aim is also to show our citys different kind of living styles and with this; to offer young people will taking part in the project to have a meaningful visit to history.
