"People, perseverance, change": Information campaign for the EU - Phare – Economic and Social Cohesion programme
Description: The Ministry of European Integration and the EC Delegation in Romania are launching today the information campaign for the European Union's Phare – Economic and Social Cohesion Programme (EU - Phare ESC), programme that finances regional development projects. Through this campaign, 10 documentary films and one TV commercial presenting projects financed through EU – Phare ESC will be
broadcast on national television channels.
