Codruta, poti sa nu iti faci prea multe griji; problema cea mare a oricui vrea sa controleze internetul e ca acesta a fost conceput ASTFEL INCAT si nu numai CA SA asigure o comunicare libera. :)
Mai raman chestiunile de nuanta. Adica ce anume ar vrea sa "controleze" cineva? Si cati (zeci de) ani sunt necesari pentru a ajuge la un grad confortabil de "control".
