Eu nu vad legatura, Codruta, scuza-ma. Poate e valabil pentru primaria din Petrosani? Dar cred ca nici atat, vezi finalul materialului. Care material este JALNIC spre PATETIC. Asta e stire de Libertatea de duminica seara, pagina de magazin, sau de infractiuni, nu de social :) Sau cineva a considerat ca poate sa comunice mai bine cu primarul din Petrosani in cateva zeci de mii de exemplare in loc de unul (cerere / scrisoare / reclamatie).
