pentru Educatie Permanenta are placerea de a va anunta terminarea proiectului “Animated
Debate – ateliere de animatie pe calculator – aplicarea
tehnologiilor informatiei si comunicarii in activitati artisitce”
(finantat de catre Comisia Europeana in cadrul
actiunii Socrates/Minerva 109988-
CP-1-2003-1-PL-Minerva-M). Acesta a fost un program educational si creativ
care a implicat cinci institutii din patru tari europene iar Romania a fost
reprezentata de catre organizatia noastra. Coordonatorul
proiectului a fost Bielskie Artistic Association Grodzki Theater din Polonia. Principalul obiectiv al proiectului a fost
de a crea un nou mediu de invatare in care copii si tinerii cu dizabilitati isi
pot dezvolta talentele artisitce in stransa cooperare cu prietenii lor
europeni. Programul atelierului a cuprins o
gama variata de activitati si obiective artistice. Principala ratiune a fost de
a-i determina pe participanti sa isi gaseasca propriul loc in echipa si de a
avea sansa sa-si dezvolte talentele, pasiunile si nevoile artisitice
individuale. In afara de ateliere, s-a lucrat si la descrierea metodei folosite
pentru aplicarea tehnologiei informatiei si comunicarii in scoli. Instructorii si educatorii care au
tinut orele in cele patru tari au pregatit materialul care, in afara de a fi
prezentarea proiectului “Animated Debate”, reprezinta un ghid
practic pentru oricine este interesat sa foloseasca rezultatele acestui
proiect. Scopul ghidului este de a promova tehnicile media in
randul educatorilor si profesorilor ca instrument ce poate fi folosit nu doar
la predarea aptitudinilor legate de calculator, ci si precum mijloc de
comunicare cu prieteni din tari diferite si instrument de implementare a
actiunilor creative, de initiere de noi solutii educationale, precum si ca

the accomplishment of the project entitled "Animated Debate - computer
animation workshops – the application of the information and
communications technologies in artistic activities’. (financed by the European Commission within the
Socrates/Minerva action 109988- CP-1-2003-1-PL-Minerva-M) It has been the innovative educational and creative project which
involved five institutions form four European countries and The coordinator of the
project was The main objective of the AD Project was
to create a new learning environment in which dysfunctional children and youth
can develop artistic talents in close cooperation with their European
counterparts. The workshop programme included a wide
range of artistic activities and pursuits. Its main rationale was to enable
each of the participants to find his/her own place in the workshop team and
have a chance to develop his/her individual artistic talents, passions and

from the workshops, there has been work conducted on the description of use of
the method of computer and communication technologies application at schools. The instructors running the classes and
educators in all four countries prepared the material, which apart from being
the presentation of the ‘Animated Debate’ project, accounts for the
practical guide for everybody who would be interested in using the output of
the project. The goal of the guide is to promote media techniques among educators
and teachers, as the tool which can be used not only to teach the computer
skills, but also as means of exchange with peers in different countries, and
the tool to implement interesting creative actions, initiate new educational
