da, s-au acordat, dosarele s-au depus la inceputul anului scolar la scoli si s-au centralizat la nivel de inspectorate, s-a putut si contesta lista, persoanele care au beneficiat de subventii sunt publicate pe site-ul ministerului la www.edu.ro      prof.
