Interesant. O poti lua cum vrei, fie ca o curtoazie
pentru romania, fie ca un criteriu "miscatoriu". Un
dosar bine facut, care parcurge satisfacator arcanele
justitiei romane ajunge(daca majoritatea politica a
reprezentantilor UE au luat decizia ca Romania trebuie
in club)sau e prea putin(daca consensul e ca sa mai
aminam putin romania), functie de decizia politica.
Intr-un fel, din cauza nedefinirii concrete(macar
cantitative) a parametrilor cu care lucram, avem si o
oarecare confuzie in Romania(ma refer la discursul
antimetafizicienilor politicieni) cu privire la ce e
de facut.
Iar de la acel discurs al politicienilor, probabil si
iritarea magistratilor ca "cestiunile" vagi implica
prea mult si ii implica "pre" prea multi magistrati.
sa speram totusi ca pina dupa Pasti,politicienii UE nu
vor considera ca supunin Uniunea pericolului ulterior
al exploziei daca vor accepta in rindurile sale
"planete ale maimutelor". In definitiv Uniunea a mai
acceptat in trecut astfel de planete si nu a facut
explozie.
