This is a general call for papers for the next epsNet Plenary Conference, to take place at the Central European University, Budapest, on 16 -17 June 2006. The conference Academic Convenors, Laszlo Bruszt (EUI, Florence & CEU, Budapest), Carlos Closa (Centre of Political and Constitutional Studies, Madrid), and Neil Collins (University of Cork, Ireland) are eager to receive proposals for papers on themes relating to any of the workshops set out below: Researching Europe • What International Role for Europe? • The Future of the EU Constitution • The Limits of Europe • Europe in Context: Debating the 'Project' • The Europeanisation of National Systems • Political Parties and the EU: Is There a New Cleavage Emerging? • European Political Science: The State of the Art Researchers, Teaching and the Profession in Europe • European Accreditation Systems for Political Science • Political Science Doctoral Studies and Students in Europe • Politics Students: Work Experience and Employment Prospects • Professional Practice in European Political Science • Quality of Teaching • Teaching Europe: What and Where is Europe Today? • Women in the (Political Science) Profession Paper proposals (up to 300 words) should be sent by email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] When submitting your proposal, please state your name, position, institutional affiliation, and the title of the workshop in which you are interested.
