National Institute of Administration is implementing in partnership with the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) from Ireland the project "Capacity Building in Romania". The project is financially supported by the Irish Foreign Affairs Department and has entered into the second year of implementation. One of the project components to be implemented this year is a Training of Trainers programme in the field of Project Management. Therefore, we are proud to launch the selection process for seven persons who are to be enrolled within the programme. Selection criteria Excellent command of English language Solid knowledge of project management Experience as trainer in training programs Availability to participate in all the project's activities Requirements Commitment for involvement in delivering a defined number of training hours for INA (to be further established through a legal agreement between the trained persons and INA) The team of selected persons will develop INA's training manual in the field of Project management Please find the project' s activities and the application form on INA' s website.
