The Romanian Civil Society Strengthening (RCSS) Program, a program funded by the United State Agency for International Development USAID and implemented by World Learning for International Development, announces a Request for Applications (RFA) designed to support NGOs in building effective partnerships that will generate significant impact in the fields of democracy and good governance, social services, private business sector and corporate responsibility, human rights, disability, women and minority issues.
Eligible organizations include: Romanian non-governmental/ civil society organizations, intermediary support organizations and federations which can demonstrate involvement in public policy making, conducting advocacy campaigns and monitoring the impact of the implementation of changed legislation.
