● You are a Romanian Government employee on official business. Applications must be accompanied by an official note; or
● You are a returning resident with evidence of your current status in the UK. You must include copies of your old passport or a letter from the Home Office showing that you have been granted indefinite leave to remain.
● You are applying as a Transport International Routier (TIR) driver and have been issued two previous six month visas to the UK as a driver, and have traveled to the UK within the last 6 months in the same category; or
● You are applying as a Seasonal Agricultural Worker (SAWS)
● You are applying as a holder of an Sector Based Scheme (SBS) work permit holder
