The project and INA are looking for two highly qualified local trainers in each of following fields, corresponding to four training modules, to be contracted in the period 13th July- 15thAugust, as follows:
Module 11 - Regional development policies for SME-SMI promotion - 22 days
Module 12 - Public Policies evaluation techniques and tools - 17 days
Module 13 - Policies to improving a citizen-oriented quality service delivery – 17 days
Module 14 - Quality Management Systems in public administration- 17 days
Required Competencies and Skills
•an excellent proven record in managing adult learning programmes in a vocationally-oriented and participative way;
•good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
•responsive to feedback and new ideas;
•tested management and leadership skills;
•ability to work in the English language, with French as an advantage.
