Independent Student's Association at Educational University in Krakow wants to hereby invite on conference held in Zakopane, polish Tatra Mountains, all students and youth workers from Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Subject: "Visegrad Youth Association - opening on EU newcomers" Youth organizations from Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia associated in Visegrad Youth Association wants to discus nearest EU enlargement, establish new contacts, share experience with students and youth workers from Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia. Conference will be finansed by Polish Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs. September from 15 to 18. Conference will be held in Zakopane capital of polish Tatra Mountains. Conference will be divided into two parts. In the first one officials will take part e.g. EU Parliament Members, local authorities, researchers, political parties representatives. The second one will be completely student debate. On the conference youth form Croatia, Romania, Bulgraia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Czech Republic will have a possibility to discuss future EU enlargement and exchange expierience concerning integration proces. You will have a possibility to make a mountain trip and what is most important very good fun. Precise program of the conference will be send to all interested persons. After first calculations we can inform you that: We cover: - board and lodging for 27 persons - travel costs are going to be reimbursed partially RO, BUL, CR - 40 - 50% SK, CZ, HU - approximately 30% We can reimburse costs of transport by plain and first class but to the certain limit which will be much smaller from percentages above. So take it under consideration choosing mean of transport. Exact levels of reimbursement will be known after 28th August. - there is a participation fee of 20 euro, All person willing to come to Zakopane must send application form till 28th August and pay participation fee after application will be approved.
