Description:
Job title: 30 trainers Institution: National Institute of AdministrationRequirements: - Fluent in English and Romanian;- At least 3 years of proven professional experience as a lecturer or trainer within the subject in question;
- Knowledge of the public administration sector gained from employment, trainer or consultancy work;- Dealing and presenting at a senior level;- Ability and willingness to practice interactive training methodologies with a focus on practices;
- Ability and willingness to be an active player in the preparation of the module in question;- Availability for the already fixed dates of preparatory work and training of High Ranking Civil Servants;- Experience of working in an international environment.
