EUROPAtru Children programme continues with School 194

Description:
EUROPAtru Children programme will start on Friday, November 10, at 10:00 am. This time, children from School 194 will compete in discovering Europe and the EU helped by Miss Starlett.The programme for children was initiated on June 1, 2002 and was carried out on a permanent basis (weekly - except for the holiday periods). Children are invited at the Info Centre where a well structured event takes place: the sequence consists of a multimedia presentation of the EU countries, a miniquiz and completion of a large jigsaw puzzle, illustrating a map of Europe. Pupils receive gifts (small objects bearing the EU symbols) and comic books explaining some of the EU principles and values, in a language accessible to their age.
