BUCHAREST, Nov 23 Seven out of eight Romanian regions will be among the poorest 15 European Union regions according to the GDP per capita level as of next year, with northeastern Romanian region to rank at the bottom of the classification, data released by EU's statistical arm Eurostat shows. The last 15 EU regions include, beside the seven Romanian ones, six regions from Bulgaria, one from Poland and one from Slovakia," research manager of Group of Applied Economics, or GEA, Liviu Voinea said Thursday, citing Eurostat data.
