BUCHAREST, Nov 28 The European Parliament will debate five amendments to the Pierre Moscovici report on Romania''s accession to EU on Wednesday. The amendments refer to international adoption, participants in the EP elections, free access to the labor market and reforms Romania carried on so far. The Moscovici Report was adopted on Thursday with a range of amendments by the Committee on Foreign Affairs by 51 votes and one abstention. The main change in the document refers to the situation of orphans. The Committee adopted an amendment replacing all the other amendments put forward by the Commission on Equal Chances and Women''s Rights, namely it suggests that the reforms on the Romanian adoptions and child protection be monitored after Jan. 1, with the monitoring to be conducted by the Commission on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs.
