We have a half ready project named'Cultural Differences and Local Dishes' The main aim is to give children and partners a chance of being more aware of cultural differences and the impact on living beings. My school is in Bolu on the north-west part of Turkey. The city Bolu is between istanbul and capital Ankara. In the tasty part of project we will discover the local dishes which are about to be forgotten. Local chefs and cooking school in Bolu will help about cooking. After tasting them we can discuss the cultural differences in the field of cooking. I am looking for your great opinion... Adnan Gulozer Turkey
