Our client is a dynamic, boutique organisation that provides International Trust and Administrative services, namely: Company formation, Legislative compliance, Accounting, Payroll and Directorships to Foreign Investors. Recognising this challenge, our client is looking to expand within the CEE/CIS to serve its clients and new investors. To this end they wish to hire a Managing Director, who will be expected to develop the business by applying a professional and proactive approach to the role, whilst also build a network of local professionals, investors, top executives and decision-makers. . Person should have an accounting or legal background - preferably accounting and ex- Big 4; . Decent management experience; good people skills; . Aged mid 30's; not too young; . Experience of dealing with foreign clients; . Experience of assisting investors to start up; . Real estate experience would be useful; . Pro active, outgoing, open and honest nature, willing to learn; . Attention to detail; good negotiating skills but straight forward in business; .
