*INFOEUROPA <http://www.infoeuropa.ro/> - PrioriMail* - Vacancies *Job opportunity: Administrative Assistant of RTA*<http://www.infoeuropa.ro/ieweb/jsp/page.jsp?cid=231&lid=2&id=26719> *Description:* Job description: Administrative Assistant of RTA Institution: National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA) Requirements: - University degree in a relevant field; - Native speaker of Romanian; - Fluent in written and spoken English; - Fluent in written and spoken German; - Understanding and knowledge of project administration, with practical experience in the past being an advantage; - Preferably knowledge of EU institutions and policies; - Preferably knowledge accession processes in Romania, with knowledge of Romanian environmental policy being an advantage; - Experience with interpretation and translating texts in the above mentioned languages, with experience in environmental terminology being an advantage; - Experience and mastering of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); - High sense of responsibility, interest in the subjects of the project, and commitment are essential; - Friendliness and very good interpersonal and communication skills are a must; - Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when necessary and go on business trips inside Romania and internationally.
