*INFOEUROPA <http://www.infoeuropa.ro/> - PrioriMail* - Vacancies *Job opportunity: Assistant, Translator, Interpreter to the RTA*<http://www.infoeuropa.ro/ieweb/jsp/page.jsp?cid=231&lid=2&id=26723> *Description:* Job title: Assistant, Translator/Interpreter to the RTA Institution: Ministry of Administration and Interior Requirements: - Romanian as mother tongue; - University degree in linguistics with special focus on English; - Excellent and proven written and oral knowledge of the English language; - Proven track record in translation of documents and reports; - Candidates should have experience as assistant – translator/interpreter in one or more previous twinning assignments; - Excellent reporting skills; - Good project management and organisational skills; - Excellent communication and networking skills; - Capacity of working in team; - Professional ability in using MS-Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, MS-Project); - Flexible and resourceful personality; - Proven track record in similar assignments would be an asset; - Attestation in French and/or German would be an asset; - Knowledge of EU-Phare procurement procedures related to Twinning; - Affiliation with public administration reform programmes in Romania; - Knowledge about de-centralisation and de-concentration processes would be an asset; - Knowledge of EU policies and institutions.
